in plain english

agencykit is a set of nine ready made skills for creative and marketing agencies to use with Claude Code and similar AI coding assistants such as Codex CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI and OpenClaw. Instead of writing a project brief, a client report, or a quote from scratch each time, an agency installs these skills once and then just describes what it needs in plain English or Italian. The nine skills cover common agency work: writing a project brief with tasks, phases and risks, requesting client approval with a built in 48 hour deadline and escalation rule, producing a monthly client report, building a quote that checks whether the profit margin is healthy, planning a shooting day with a shot list and equipment checklist, building a four week social media content calendar, running a post project retrospective, giving a traffic light style status update across projects, and writing a client proposal with scope and pricing. Installation is done with a single command, npx agencykit install, which copies the skill files into a project's .claude folder or into the user's global folder if there is no project. Once installed, typing a trigger phrase like "new project" or "quote" causes the connected AI agent to ask for the missing details and then return a structured, ready to paste result. Agencies can also give the skills their own voice. By adding a BRAND.md file with the agency's tone, common phrases and words to avoid, every skill's output is written to sound like that agency rather than a generic AI. This can be set globally or overridden per skill. The project is licensed under MIT, and its skills are checked automatically on every code change through a validation script. It supports both English and Italian output.
